Who processes the data
The controller of personal data is NEXTAIR LLC (ТОВ «НЕКСТЕЙР», Jetfans brand), EDRPOU 42760515, 154-D Akademika Zabolotnoho St, Kyiv, Ukraine, e-mail jetfans.ua@gmail.com, tel. +380 (67) 322 77 11. This policy also covers the regional Jetfans sites on the www.jetfans.eu domain (Jetfans Eastern Europe, Jetfans Central Asia), unless a page says otherwise.
What data we receive
Only what you enter in the form: name, company, position, e-mail, phone or messenger, country, city, project details and your message. The form also sends the address of the page it was submitted from, the site language and, if available, the referring site and UTM tags.
Purpose
To answer your request, prepare an equipment selection, a calculation or a quotation, provide the material you asked for (for example, the checklist) and review partnership applications. We do not send newsletters.
Legal basis
Your consent, given by ticking the box in the form (Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”). You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to jetfans.ua@gmail.com.
Who else takes part in processing
- Vercel Inc. — hosting of the site and processing of the form;
- Resend — delivery of the form message to our mailbox;
- Telegram — an internal notification to Jetfans staff about a new request;
- Google — the company mailbox, the site fonts (Google Fonts) and the map embedded on the home page.
These services may process data outside Ukraine. We do not sell your data or pass it to other parties, except as provided by law.
Retention
Form messages are kept in our mailbox and work chat for no longer than three years after the last contact, or for less if you withdraw your consent. The site keeps no separate database of visitors.
Cookies
The site uses one functional cookie, jf_region: it remembers the Jetfans region you chose (Ukraine, Eastern Europe or Central Asia). The Ukrainian site uses no analytics cookies. When you watch a YouTube video, YouTube may set its own cookies (see below).
YouTube videos
Some pages show YouTube videos. Until you press play, the page shows only a still image from our server and sends nothing to YouTube. When you press play, the video loads from YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com): your IP address and browser data go to Google, and YouTube may store cookies or similar identifiers on your device. Google processes this data under its own privacy policy.
Your rights
You have the right to know what data about you we process, to demand its correction or deletion, to withdraw your consent and to apply to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights. To do so, write to jetfans.ua@gmail.com.
