Privacy policy

1. Who is the controller

The controller is NEXTAIR LLC (ТОВ «НЕКСТЕЙР», Jetfans brand), EDRPOU 42760515, Kyiv, Ukraine, operating this regional website as Jetfans Eastern Europe. We are established outside the EU. For data-protection questions, use the address on the Contact page.

2. What data we receive

Only what you enter in a form: name, position, company, company website, e-mail, phone or messenger, country, city, project details and your message. The form also sends the page address, the site language and, if available, the referring site and UTM tags.

3. Purposes and legal bases (GDPR)

• answering your request and preparing a selection, calculation or quotation — steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR);
• reviewing a partnership or distribution application — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR;
• providing the material you asked for (such as a checklist) and replying about your project — your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

We do not sell personal data and we do not send newsletters.

4. Recipients

Jetfans staff working on your request and, where necessary and with your knowledge, the official Jetfans partner in your project’s country. Processors: Vercel Inc. (hosting and form processing), Resend (delivery of request e-mails), Telegram (internal notifications to Jetfans staff), Google (company mailbox).

5. Transfers outside the EEA

Your data is transferred to Ukraine, where Jetfans is based, and to the providers listed above, some of which are in the USA. These transfers rely on your explicit consent (Art. 49(1)(a) GDPR) or on safeguards offered by the provider, such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

6. Retention

Form messages are kept in our mailbox and work chat for no longer than three years after the last contact, or until you withdraw consent. The site keeps no visitor database.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify or erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability, to object, and to withdraw consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country. We do not use automated decision-making or profiling.

8. Cookies

The website uses one functional cookie, jf_region. It is set only when you choose a Jetfans region or language yourself, so that the www.jetfans.eu home page opens the version you chose (kept for 12 months). No analytics cookies are used. When you play a video, YouTube may set its own cookies (section 9).

9. YouTube videos

Some pages show videos hosted on YouTube. Until you press play, the page shows only a still image from our server and sends nothing to YouTube. When you press play, the video loads from YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com): your IP address and browser data are transmitted to Google Ireland Limited, and YouTube may store cookies or similar identifiers on your device. The legal basis is your consent, given by pressing play (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Google processes the data further under its own privacy policy.
