How supply works

Equipment is built to order or shipped from the manufacturer’s stock. We place the order, monitor production, arrange delivery and prepare documents. Deliveries can be split into batches by construction phase.

Documents

In EU countries, Wolter smoke exhaust fans are supplied with CE marking and a Declaration of Performance (DoP) under the Construction Products Regulation (EU) No 305/2011: they are tested to EN 12101-3, and factory production control is supervised by the notified body MPA Braunschweig. For Moldova, Georgia, Armenia (an EAEU member) and Azerbaijan, the conformity documents depend on national rules — see the country pages. Data sheets and installation and operating instructions come with every delivery; we agree the documents for each item at contract stage.

Terms

Incoterms, payment and lead times are fixed in the contract. Special terms are available for partners and large projects.
