Wolter EK / DK backward-curved duct fans

A rectangular duct fan with a backward-curved impeller on an external-rotor motor. Available in an insulated casing and as twin (ZW) and triple (TR) models.

Sizes
175, 225, 250, 31/310, 355, 400

Purpose

EK/DK are used in rectangular ducts in ventilation and air-conditioning systems. The backward-curved impeller on an external-rotor motor can be speed-controlled over the full range.

Versions

  • twin (ZW) and triple (TR) models with several fans;
  • explosion-proof Ex stb with speed control.

When to choose

For comparison, see the forward-curved EKN / DKN series. For car-park extract by two independent fans there are dedicated GAES / GADS units.
