Purpose
RVHT removes smoke and hot gases through the roof — from spaces directly under the roof and through exhaust shafts that end on the roof. It starts on a signal from the fire controls and runs at a gas temperature of 400 °C for 120 minutes.
Design
As on the RVH, the RVHT motor sits outside the airstream, so the hot gases do not pass through the motor.
Technical data
RVHT is described in Wolter’s 2009 and 2017 brochures. We select airflow, pressure and motors for each project and provide conformity documents on request — send the required parameters via the enquiry form.
Power supply in fire mode
As with other smoke exhaust fans, fire-rated cabling and a reliable power supply are required; we confirm the fire-mode control requirements at selection. Other F300/F400 series are listed in Smoke exhaust fans.
