Purpose
ERS/DRS are used in ventilation and air-conditioning systems, including air with slightly aggressive gases and vapours. Their compact design lets them be built into KB cabinet fans and air handling units.
Design
The galvanised steel impeller is mounted directly on the motor’s rotor — there is no belt drive. The galvanised scroll is joined with a rolled seam. Brackets allow the outlet to be turned in 90° steps.
When to choose
- a compact fan is needed for a cabinet or a unit;
- direct drive without a belt is preferred;
- for higher airflow and pressure, choose belt-driven TRZ / HRZ.
