Industrial ventilation tasks
Industrial ventilation removes heat, dust, gases and vapours from process equipment, keeps the working zone within limits and protects people and equipment. The demands on fans are tougher than in civil buildings: high airflow and pressure, continuous duty, aggressive and hot media.
Wolter equipment for industry
- AXV/BXV axial fans — general ventilation of halls and warehouses, up to 200,000 m³/h; aluminium or plastic blades with adjustable pitch.
- AXG two-stage axial fans — for systems with high resistance (up to several thousand pascals).
- TRZ/HRZ belt-driven centrifugal fans — process systems and extraction, up to 150,000 m³/h and 3,500 Pa.
- CHEM chemical-resistant fans — casings and impellers in polypropylene, PVC, polyethylene, PVDF and GRP for laboratories, plating and chemical plants.
- RVH roof fans with the motor out of the airstream — for hot air up to 120 °C.
Hazardous areas
Several series are available with explosion-protected motors and anti-spark designs. Suitability for a specific zone and the documents are confirmed at selection.
Control and energy efficiency
Frequency inverters, speed and stage switching match output to demand and cut energy use. Wolter supplies controls — speed controllers, inverters and sensors.
