2. What data we receive

Through website forms: name, company, e-mail address, phone, country, project role and your message. Automatically: the page the request was sent from and the referral source (for example, campaign tags).

If you accept analytics cookies, web analytics services receive anonymised information about your visit.

3. Why we use it

• to answer your request and prepare an equipment selection, calculation or quotation;
• to pass the request to a Jetfans partner in your region when needed to serve the project;
• to improve the website (only with your analytics consent).

We do not sell personal data or use it for mailings without your consent.

4. Legal basis

Your consent, given by ticking the box in the form. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to us.

5. Who receives the data

Jetfans staff working on your request and, where necessary, official Jetfans Central Asia partners in your project’s country. Hosting and e-mail service providers also process the data. Storage is organised in line with the law of the country of which you are a citizen or resident.

6. Retention

As long as needed to handle the request and support the project, but no longer than three years after your last contact unless the law requires otherwise.

7. Your rights

You may request information about the processing of your data, its correction or deletion, and withdraw your consent. Write to us and we will reply within the legal time limits.

8. Cookies

The website works without cookies. Analytics cookies are set only after you accept them in the banner; declining does not limit the site.
