A smoke control system must be ready at any moment, even if it has not run in fire mode for years. Regular maintenance keeps it working and extends equipment life.

How we work

    Condition of fans, supports, cables and sensors.

  2. Checks

    Start-up in all modes, currents, vibration, set-points.

  3. Maintenance

    Cleaning, tightening, replacing worn parts.

  4. Report

    Record with recommendations and a work plan.

What maintenance includes

  • visual inspection of fans, supports and cabling;
  • operation at all speeds and in reverse, current and vibration checks;
  • CO sensor checks and calibration;
  • testing of fire scenarios and fire alarm interfaces;
  • cleaning impellers and casings, bearing checks.

Spare parts

We supply genuine Wolter and Himpel spare parts: motors, impellers, switches, filters and ERV cores.

Upgrades

For existing systems we offer replacement of outdated fans, conversion to two-speed and variable-speed drives, and CO sensors to cut energy use.
