Purpose
RS/RK/ERM/DRM are fans for round-duct ventilation: extract and supply for individual rooms and smaller systems.
Design
The backward-curved impeller is mounted on an external-rotor motor (IP44, insulation class B with moisture impregnation) and balanced to G2.5. Thermal contacts are fitted from size RK 150. The RK casing is flame-retardant light-grey plastic with an integrated terminal box and guide vane; RS, ERM and DRM casings are powder-coated steel.
When to choose
- RK — a light plastic casing for typical systems;
- RS — a steel casing;
- ERM/DRM — larger sizes 315–500, DRM with a three-phase motor;
- for low noise — SDB boxes.
