Hotels and public buildings
Hotels need low noise, reliability and smoke protection. We select:
- cabinet fans for toilet and plant-room exhaust;
- roof fans for kitchens and general exhaust;
- smoke exhaust fans for corridors, atria and car parks;
- Himpel ERVs for guest rooms and offices.
Car parks
New hotel and mixed-use complexes increasingly include underground car parks. A jet-fan system saves height and simplifies installation — see Car park ventilation.
Climate and seismicity
Hot summers require attention to motor ambient temperature and heat loads; the region is seismically active, so supports are designed for seismic loads.
