Hot climate
Summers in Shymkent are hot, and air in underground car parks and plant rooms can get even warmer. When selecting fans, check the permitted motor ambient temperature: standard versions cover a defined range, and motors with a margin are selected for harsher conditions.
Dust
The dry climate means dusty outdoor air. Supply systems and apartment ERVs need proper filtration and easy filter access for maintenance.
Seismicity
