Why constant airflow
In an apartment building, bathroom fans discharge into a shared riser whose pressure keeps changing. A ZEROC constant-airflow fan holds its output within ±10 % between 25 and 250 Pa, so bathrooms are ventilated equally on every floor.

For low-rise buildings
For buildings up to 10 storeys, houses and refurbishment, Himpel offers simple medium- and low-static models — Flrex, Turbo747, Cyclone — for 65–90 m³/h.
Lift-hall extract
The L2-250(EV) and L2-300(EV) versions remove humid air from lift halls to prevent condensation. L2-250(EV) is interlocked with the smoke-control damper, so the fan stops in a fire.
